Group Classes

With over 15 classes a week, we offer something for everyone, choose from one of our following classes: Bootcamp Insanity, BoxerFit, Kettlebells, Blast and Circuits, all our instructors are fully qualified offering alternatives for beginners meaning that all fitness levels are welcome.



Designed in a HIIT format, bootcamps are perfect for all levels of fitness. You are guaranteed to get a whole body workout every session. Our bootcamps will help you reduce unwanted body fat and help create toned lean muscle.



Insanity is a total body workout that requires no gym or equipment. You exercise using your own body weight for resistance. The class is based on a fitness method called "max interval training." In traditional interval training, you exercise at a very intense pace for a short period of time, and then rest for longer periods in between. The idea is to increase your aerobic fitness level while burning fat.

Max interval training has you work as hard as you can for 3-minute intervals, with 30-second periods of rest in between. Exercising at this extreme intensity level will help you burn up to 1,000 calories in just one class!



Strengthen and tone your entire body! You’ll swing, lunge and squat your way to a more toned body, meanwhile improving your strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance in our Kettlebells class. Join a class and get to grips with a kettlebell, and find out why it's a powerful tool for improving your fitness and overall body composition.



Based on basic boxing techniques combined with aerobic and anaerobic exercise, this fun, fast-paced exercise class is fundamentally non-confrontational: you won't find yourself in the ring sparring any time soon. 
Classes are suitable for almost all ages and abilities.
BoxerFit is particularly popular with women as it gives you an opportunity to train in boxing moves without the physical combat.
